Enterprise vault archved mail access after migrating to office365

Dear All

Our customer having EV10 with exchange 2010 and now they are migrating to office 365.

How to plan the solution, can they integrate with existing archived mail if now how they will access

old archived mail which is residing on EV10.

Suggestion are appreciated.
